Forward Stroke Clinic Sunday 19th April This clinic will use a mix of land (including paddling machine) & water based coaching to gain immediate improvements for faster and more efficient paddling. We will be focusing on use of the wing paddle but the technique applies to normal flats paddles as well. Venue: Lough Corrib near Headford. This clinic will use a mix of land (including paddling machine) & water based coaching to gain immediate improvements for faster and more efficient paddling.

City Of The Tribes Kayak Race Sunday 14th September 2014

The 16th Annual City Of The Tribes Ranking Race is going ahead on Sunday 14th September 2014

Start/ Finish is as previous years by Fisheries Field close to Galway Cathedral/ University.

Parking will be available in NUIG grounds behind Ryan Institute, with access via Footbridge to the launching steps by the canal. 

No Parking available in Fisheries Field.

Registration will take place from 12:00hrs with first start kicking off at 13:30hrs.

Our Menlo Pier Tour on lake Corrib is a mix of open water paddling, island hopping, navigating rocky and reedy channels, observing nature and enjoying stunning vistas. Dusk Kayak Tours Get away from the hussle and bussle of the day with our Dusk Kayak Tours, led by our friendly and professional kayak guide. Slip quietly through the islands of lake Corrib in search of the evening wildlife, soaking up the magical atmosphere as the sun sets in the west over the Connemara Mountains.
